Your AI prototype validated the idea.
Now let's build the real thing.

Lovable got you to a working demo. The problem: you can't submit demos to the App Store. I rebuild it into something you can actually ship to iOS, Android, and web, from a single codebase.

What AI prototypes skip

Working code isn't a product.

The prototype is the easy part. Here's what AI tools don't do:

Analytics

So you actually know what users do.

CI/CD pipelines

Automated tests and deploys so shipping doesn't break things.

Informed stack choices

Postgres vs NoSQL. Firebase vs Supabase. Flutter vs React Native. The wrong call locks you in or costs 10x to migrate.

Error monitoring

Crashes get reported to you, not to your one-star reviews.

Real auth & security

Auth that holds up when someone actually tries to break it.

App store deployment

Signing, certs, review prep, all the boring stuff that gets you approved.

What you're actually buying

Ship to both stores and web
without hiring three teams.

One codebase, three platforms

iOS, Android, and web all ship from the same code. No syncing three apps, no triple the maintenance.

Production-ready, not prototype-ready

Real auth, real error handling, real CI/CD. Not something you'll have to rewrite the moment you start growing.

Scales without rewriting

Backend architected for growth. Add features and users without hitting walls or runaway costs.

Senior engineering, without the senior salary

Five years at Google. The architectural judgment of a senior hire, without paying for one full-time.

Who I am

Juan David Garrido Rojas

I spent 5 years at Google as a Senior Software Engineer. Now I'm building Pueblo — a social coordination app tackling the loneliness epidemic. I ship it to both app stores and web from one Flutter/Firebase codebase.

I use AI tools heavily — for Pueblo, for client work, for everything. I also know exactly where they stop helping, and what it takes to get past that wall. I deal with that line every day on my own product.

The code matters less than the architectural calls behind it. Those are what decide whether you're still shipping a year from now.

How we work together

Three ways in.

01

1:1 Mentoring

You're vibe-coding your own product and want senior eyes on the hard calls. Architecture, framework choices, getting more from your AI tools, and the gnarly bugs they can't solve. Pay by the hour, no retainer.

02

MVP Blueprint

The exact plan I'd follow to graduate your prototype: stack choices, data model, auth, CI/CD, deployment. You vibe-code from a real blueprint, not from whatever the AI guessed.

$2,000 fixed price

03

MVP Graduation

Hand me your prototype, whether it came from Lovable, Bolt, or a previous developer. I rebuild it as a real cross-platform app deployed to both stores and the web, ready for actual users.

$10K–$25K fixed scope
