Your AI prototype validated the idea.
Now let's build the real thing.

Lovable got you to a working demo. But you can't submit demos to the App Store. I take your validated idea and build the real cross-platform version: one codebase, both app stores, and web. Production-grade from day one.

3 platforms, one codebase
~60% cheaper than hiring native teams

The gap AI can't close

AI is productive but doesn't think about next month.

You validated fast. Good. But now features break other features, your Firebase bill is climbing, and you're not sure this codebase can survive an investor's technical due diligence. That's normal — and it's exactly where I come in.

"Every new feature breaks three old ones."
No architecture. AI-generated spaghetti with no state management.
Modular refactor.Clean architecture, testable components, features that compose instead of collide.
"The app is slow and the Firebase bill is soaring."
Redundant reads, unindexed queries, no caching layer.
Infrastructure audit.Optimized backend, lower costs, faster load times.
"I need this on mobile but I only have a web prototype."
AI tools default to web-only. Going native means starting from scratch.
Cross-platform build. One codebase → iOS + Android + Web, from your existing designs.
"I'm scared to show this to investors."
Brittle code, no tests, no CI/CD. Technical debt is a red flag in due diligence.
Investment-ready hardening.Professional codebase, deployment pipeline, documentation.
"An agency quoted me $60K and 4 months."
Traditional dev shops don't use AI to compress timelines, and they staff teams you don't need.
Solo senior engineer + AI-assisted workflow.Same production quality, fraction of the cost and time.

What you're actually buying

Ship to both stores and web.
Without hiring three teams.

One codebase, three platforms

iOS, Android, and Web from a single Flutter codebase. No sync headaches, no triple maintenance costs.

Production-grade from day one

Real auth, real error handling, real CI/CD. Not a prototype someone has to rewrite at Series A.

Scales without rewriting

Firebase backend architected for growth. Add features and users without hitting walls or runaway costs.

Senior-level decisions, solo-budget pricing

Ex-Google SWE. You get the architectural judgment of a $200K hire without the full-time commitment.

Who I am

Juan David Garrido Rojas

I spent 5 years at Google as a Senior Software Engineer. Now I'm building Pueblo — a social coordination app tackling the loneliness epidemic. I ship it to both app stores and web from one Flutter/Firebase codebase.

I've been exactly where you are: using AI tools to move fast, hitting the wall where they stop being helpful, and doing the hard engineering work to get to production. I know where AI helps and where it fails — because I navigate that line every day on my own product.

I don't just write code. I make the architectural decisions that determine whether your product survives the next 12 months.

How we work together

Two ways in, depending on where you are.

01

The Architecture Audit

A deep dive into your codebase. You walk away with a written "Path to Production" report: what's broken, what's risky, what to fix first, and an honest estimate to get there. Takes 3–5 days.

02

MVP Graduation

I take your validated prototype — whether it's from Lovable, Bolt, or a previous developer — and build the production-grade cross-platform version. One codebase. Both app stores. Web. Deployed and ready for real users.

$8K–$25K fixed scope
